There are several settings that you can set on this page. On this page we'll explain them in detail

Inventory Control

You can turn On or Off these options to enhance the forecast and manage stock:

  • Backorders- Generate orders to replenish negative stock levels, restoring inventory to zero or the supplier's minimum stock settings.

  • Lost sales - Generate orders to recover potential sales lost due to stock unavailability, based on supplier-specific settings.

  • Product maximum stock level - Allows to set a maximum value for stock on a desired product (keep in mind that this feature will always create an order to bring the stock to the amount set)

  • Time-dependent stock position - Counts only incoming stock within the current order cycle, independent of the amount you have on order.

  • Advanced categorization - ABC + XYZ categorization adds another dimension to further optimize the assortment management that allows you to set a second category for the products.

Data Management

Allows you the option to import and export files from Optiply.

Check out the Import and Export pages for more details on these features.

Miscellaneous

These are some features that are yet without a specific category but play an important role in your settings.

  • Promotions - Create and track promotional campaigns that influence Optiply’s demand forecast.

  • Multi supplier - Allows adding more than 1 supplier per webshop product.

  • Containers - Manage container shipments efficiently based on product weights and volumes.

Some of these features might incur extra fees, Please contact your CSM or Customer Support at support@optiply.nl, for more detailed information.
