๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ The Feedback Portal Page

We value your input! The Feedback Portal is your dedicated space to suggest improvements, share ideas, and directly help shape the future of Optiply's services.

The article below explains how to navigate the portal, submit your ideas, and engage with the rest of the Optiply community.

๐Ÿ’ก 1. Navigating the Feedback Portal

When you click on Submit Feedback from your dashboard menu, you will be taken to the main portal. From here, you can interact with three distinct sections:
โ€‹

  • ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Roadmap: Discover what we're planning next! This tab shows you exactly what features and improvements are currently in the pipeline.

  • โœจ Feature Requests: Browse existing requests from other users or add your own unique ideas. This is where you can engage with the community by voting for the features you want to see implemented.

  • ๐Ÿ“ข Changelog: Stay updated with our latest enhancements and new releases. (You can view our dedicated guide on how to use the Changelog page below).

๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ 2. Participating in Feature Requests

We rely on your feedback to prioritise our development. Here is the best way to participate:

Step 1: Search and Vote. Before creating a brand new request, use the search bar to see if your idea has already been submitted by another user. If it has, vote for it! Voting on an existing post increases its visibility and pushes it higher up our priority list.

Step 2: Create New Requests. If you search and find that your idea is completely unique, feel free to create a new post! Be as detailed as possible about why you need the feature and how it would improve your daily workflow. We often prioritise the features that receive the most community support.

โš–๏ธ 3. Implementation Considerations

While we actively strive to prioritise highly voted requests, please understand that implementation depends on several factors:

  • Technical feasibility within the current architecture.

  • Available engineering resources.

  • How does the feature align with the broader needs of our entire customer base?

We are committed to transparency. Even if a feature cannot be built exactly as requested, we will always seek to find alternative solutions or workflows that benefit our community!

โ“ 4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I know if my feature request was accepted?

If you submitted a request or voted on an existing one, you will receive notifications when the status of that request changes (e.g., when it moves from "Under Review" to "Planned" on the Roadmap, or when it is finally "Released").

What if I have an urgent request or a bug report?

The Feedback Portal is for long-term feature ideas and product improvements. If you have an urgent request, are experiencing a bug, or need tailored support for your specific account, please do not use the Feedback Portal. Instead, contact us immediately at support@optiply.nl or through our live chat. Our team is ready to assist you in finding the best solutions right away.
