📢 The Changelog Page

Optiply is constantly evolving! We created the Changelog page so you can easily stay on top of any changes, improvements, and new features we add to the system.

On this page, you will find a chronological feed of the latest updates, news, and release notes directly from our product team.


🔍 1. How to Find Specific Updates

If you are looking for information about a specific new feature or a recent bug fix, you don't have to scroll through the entire feed.

  • The Search Bar: Use the search bar at the top of the page to look up specific keywords or topics of interest (e.g., "Purchase Orders" or "ABC Categories").

  • Filters: Apply filters to sort the information by title or specific tags/labels. This allows for a much more streamlined search if you only want to see updates related to a specific module.


⚙️ 2. Navigating the Page menu

At the top-right corner of the Changelog page, you’ll find two key icons that help you manage your account and interactions.

  • The Notifications Icon: Sometimes, you can vote on or follow specific update posts. This icon allows you to track the posts you’ve interacted with. If our team makes any additional changes or adds new comments to those specific posts, you’ll be instantly notified here.

  • The Account Icon: Click this menu to easily access your overarching Optiply account settings or to log out of the system safely.


❓ 3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How often is the Changelog updated?

We update the Changelog every time we push a meaningful update to the Optiply platform! This includes major new feature launches, quality-of-life improvements, and significant bug fixes.

I have a question about a new feature listed in the Changelog. Where do I go?
