Based directly on our customers' posts and feature requests, this page outlines exactly what our product and engineering teams are focusing on.
🚧 1. The Three Stages of Development
To keep you informed on where a specific feature stands, we separate all roadmap items into three distinct categories of work:
🧐 Under Review: These requests are currently being actively analysed by our team to determine the possibility of implementation. Depending on various technical factors, these items may or may not eventually pass into the "Planned" status.
📅 Planned: These are the features that have successfully passed our review process. They are officially in our pipeline to be implemented and will eventually move on to the "In Progress" status.
⚙️ In Progress: These are the features, updates, and tools that our developers are actively building and coding right now!
🔍 2. Navigating and Filtering the Roadmap
As our community grows, the roadmap can get quite full! You can easily access original feature requests directly from this page, but you can also filter the information to find exactly what you care about.
Using Filters: Use the filters at the top of the page to sort the roadmap by specific categories or tags. Using these filters will save you a massive amount of time if you are looking for updates on a specific module (like "Purchasing" or "Integrations").
⚖️ 3. How We Prioritise Development
We love seeing community engagement, but it is important to note that the requests with the most votes will not always be the ones we work on first. While highly voted requests are absolutely a priority for us, our actual development timeline depends on several complex factors:
How fast we can implement a stable, secure solution.
Our current engineering resources and bandwidth.
The specific limitations of the source systems (webshops/ERPs) our customers are using.

❓ 4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I vote on items that are already on the Roadmap?
Yes! Even if an item is already "Under Review" or "Planned," adding your vote helps us understand the true scale of demand for that feature, which can influence how we design the final product.
An item I requested was marked as "Under Review" but then disappeared. What happened?
Sometimes, after a thorough technical review, we determine that a feature is not currently feasible to build, or it conflicts with a larger system update we have planned. If a feature does not pass the review stage, it is removed from the active roadmap.
