You can connect to this system in a few easy steps but here are a few things to keep in mind:

The Selling Partner API endpoints are associated with a particular AWS Region. The AWS Region is important because it is part of the credential scope, which is required for calculating a signature when calling the Selling Partner API.

Selling region

Endpoint

AWS region

North America (Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil marketplaces)

us-east-1

Europe (Spain, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and India marketplaces)

eu-west-1

Far East (Singapore, Australia, and Japan marketplaces)

us-west-2

You can have your account connected to multiple marketplaces, if so we do support multiple Regions/ Markets.

For now, Amazon is a secondary integration from where we only sync sell orders and sell order lines.

That means the Products to map on those sell orders need to come from another source so it is necessary for you to set the key we will use to map them (SKU code or EAN code).

In Amazon the main key is EAN, but some customers use our SKU code as the EAN on Amazon.

The integration link window on our page will display an option to select the key that we need to use for that mapping.

To connect to your Amazon just follow the steps in the video:

Here are the fields you need to send us to enable Amazon Seller OAuth. These should be from your app settings:

  • application_id

  • role_arn

  • lwa_client_id

  • client_secret

  • aws_access_key_id

  • aws_secret_access_key
