π Zoho: Setup & Connection Guide
Welcome to the integration guide for connecting Optiply with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory! By establishing this link, you can seamlessly streamline your inventory management, ensure accurate demand forecasting, and fully automate your e-commerce purchasing processes.
Follow the steps below to set up the integration, configure your data filters, and start synchronising your data.
π οΈ Phase 1: Connect & Configure
Step 1:
Adding a Source
Access Settings Log into your Optiply account, select Settings, go to Data Management, select Integrations and click on Add a source.
Step 2:
Select Zoho Books from the list, then click Next to proceed.
Step 3:
Configuring the Connection and Filtering Options
Enter your Organisation ID to ensure data is pulled from the correct organisation.
Decide if you want to "Pull all sales orders" by toggling the option. When enabled, it includes draft and open orders; if disabled, only completed and closed orders are pulled.
To exclude sales orders based on Salesperson ID, enter the ID(s), separating multiple IDs with commas without spaces.
For pulling data from specific warehouses, input the Warehouse ID(s) in the same manner.
Step 4: Authorising Optiply
Click "Connect" to initiate the authorisation process.
A Zoho pop-up will request permission for Optiply to access data from Zoho.
Accept to authorise and establish the connection.
Step 6: Finalising the Connection
Once the connection is successful, all pop-ups will close.
A synchronisation job will be automatically triggered, indicating the connection is active.
π Phase 2: Disconnecting Zoho from Optiply
