Welcome to the integration guide for connecting Optiply with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory. This document provides a straightforward procedure for establishing a link between Optiply, our AI-enabled SaaS tool for automating e-commerce purchasing processes, and your Zoho account. By integrating Optiply with Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory, you can streamline your inventory management, ensure accurate demand forecasting, and enhance your e-commerce operations. Follow the steps below to set up the integration and start synchronizing your data seamlessly.
Step 1: Accessing Settings
Log into your Optiply account.
Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigating to Integration Settings
Within Settings, locate and click on the "Integrations" tab.
Step 3: Adding a Source
Click on "+ Add a source."
Select "Zoho Books" or "Zoho Inventory" based on your requirements.
Click "Next" to proceed.
Step 4: Configuring the Connection and Filtering Options
Enter your Organization ID to ensure data is pulled from the correct organization.
Decide if you want to "Pull all sales orders" by toggling the option. When enabled, it includes draft and open orders; if disabled, only completed and closed orders are pulled.
To exclude sales orders based on Salesperson ID, enter the ID(s), separating multiple IDs with commas without spaces.
For pulling data from specific warehouses, input the Warehouse ID(s) in the same manner.
Step 5: Authorizing Optiply
Click "Connect" to initiate the authorization process.
A Zoho pop-up will request permission for Optiply to access data from Zoho.
Accept to authorize and establish the connection.
Step 6: Finalizing the Connection
Once the connection is successful, all pop-ups will close.
A synchronization job will be automatically triggered, indicating the connection is active.
Disconnecting Zoho from Optiply
If you need to disconnect your Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory from Optiply, follow the steps outlined below. This action will cease all data synchronization activities between the two systems, and Optiply will no longer have access to your Zoho data.
Steps to Disconnect
Navigate to the "Settings" in your Optiply account by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner, then selecting "Settings."
Click on the "Integrations" tab.
Within the "Integrations" section, find the connected Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory source.
Click on the "Credentials" tab next to the Jobs tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you'll find the "Disconnect source" section.
Click the "Disconnect" button to terminate the integration.
Confirmation
After clicking "Disconnect," a prompt may appear asking you to confirm the disconnection. Confirm the action to proceed.
After successfully integrating or disconnecting Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory with Optiply, always ensure to verify the status of the integration under the "Jobs" tab.
