This article explains how to connect your BigCommerce account to Optiply

Setting up a connection from Optiply to BigCommerce involves a few simple steps. Here's a step-by-step guide.

Create API account in BigCommerce

  1. Login to your BigCommerce account

  2. Go to Settings -> API -> Store-level API accounts

  3. Create API Account

  4. Select Token type: V2/V3 token

  5. Fill in Name: Optiply API

  6. Select read-only access to the following OAuth scopes:

    1. Orders

    2. Order transactions

    3. Products

    4. ......

  7. Copy the following from your API account:

    1. BigCommerce API Access Token

    2. Store Hash (You can find this the 'API Path' as shown in the image below)

  8. You need to fill in these credentials in Optiply

  9. Now you're all set in BigCommerce

Add BigCommerce as a source in Optiply

The next step is to fill in the BigCommerce credentials in Optiply.

  1. Login to Optiply https://app.optiply.com/

  2. Access the settings page and navigate to Integrations

  3. Select BigCommerce as the Source

  4. Fill in your BigCommerce Credentials

Don't forget to save in the end and you are all set!
