Setting up a connection from Optiply to BigCommerce involves a few simple steps. Here's a step-by-step guide.
Create an API account in BigCommerce
Log in to your BigCommerce account
Go to Settings -> API -> Store-level API accounts
Create API Account
Select Token type: V2/V3 token
Fill in Name: Optiply API
Select read-only access to the following OAuth scopes:
Orders
Order transactions
Products
......
Copy the following from your API account:
BigCommerce API Access Token
Store Hash (You can find this in the 'API Path' as shown in the image below)
You need to fill in these credentials in Optiply
Now you're all set in BigCommerce
Add BigCommerce as a source in Optiply
The next step is to fill in the BigCommerce credentials in Optiply.
Log in to Optiply https://app.optiply.com/ and go the the settings page and navigate to Integrations
Select BigCommerce as the Source and click Next
After all the information is filed in click "Connect" and that is it!
Your connection is now established, and the synchronisation process will begin
