1. Log in to Optiply. Access your account by logging in at https://app.optiply.com/.

2. Navigate to Integrations. In the left-hand menu, go to Settings, then click on Data management, and select Integrations. From there, click the Add a source button.

On this screen, you will also be able to select specific options for what data you want to map from QLS to Optiply (such as whether you want to pull supplier products or strictly sync stock levels). πŸ’‘ Pro-Tip: How to find your Company ID You can easily find your Company ID by looking at the URL while logged into your QLS account. It is the number at the very end of the web address: https://mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl/company/{Company-ID}

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I use QLS just to update my stock levels without importing other data?

Yes! During the setup process, you can choose the option to strictly sync product stock. If you enable this, Optiply will only pull stock levels from QLS (which syncs even faster, every 10 minutes) and will ignore all other product, order, or supplier data.

Why aren't my supplier products importing from QLS?

Check your mapping preferences! When setting up the connection, there is an option that allows you to choose whether Optiply should pull your Supplier Products from QLS. If you manage your suppliers in a different system and leave this unchecked, they will not import.

Where do I find my QLS Company ID?

Simply log in to your QLS account and look at the URL in your browser's address bar. Your Company ID is the number at the very end of the web address (for example: https://mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl/company/12345).
