If you are unable or unwilling to set the Promotion Feature on your dashboard, you can also send us a list of products for the promotion you want to create.
The information must be provided in a fixed format, as described below. The file must be a CSV file. Put the date of formatting in the file name. Send the file to support@optiply.nl and we will process the list for you within 24 hours.
Below you can read what columns the list should contain:
name: The name you want to give to the promotion you are creating
skuCode: The SKU code attributed to the product
eanCode: The EAN code attributed to the product
start_date: The date when you want your promotion to start
end_date: The date when you want your promotion to end
upliftType: (absolute/relative)
upliftIncrease: Percentage that you expect to increase sales
specificUpliftType: (absolute/relative)
specificUpliftIncrease: Percentage that you expect to increase sales

If you want to set a close-out promotion use "close_out" in the uplliftType and the specificUpliftType, leave the rest of the columns empty.

When you create a spreadsheet or CSV file with promotion details make sure that:
