This guide details the data flow between GoedGepickt and Optiply. Unlike standard interval-based integrations, GoedGepickt handles several data points (like stock and prices) in real-time.

1. Products
New Products: Newly created items in GoedGepickt are imported into Optiply during the nightly synchronisation.
Deletions: If a product is removed from GoedGepickt, it is automatically removed from Optiply.
Status Logic:
If a product needs to be excluded from forecasts, set its status to "External" in GoedGepickt.
Alternatively, you can mark it as "Ignored" directly within Optiply.
2. Phase Out (Purchasability)
"Phasing out" means you temporarily stop purchasing a product (snoozing it from order advice).
Mapping: This status is synchronised with the "Purchasable" field in GoedGepickt.
Optiply Feature: You can also manage this solely in Optiply to use advanced features, such as setting a specific "Phase out until [Date]" rule.
3. Lot Size

4. Suppliers
Requirement: We synchronise all suppliers from GoedGepickt, provided they have an Email Address entered.
Updates: Any changes to supplier details in GoedGepickt are automatically updated in Optiply.
β οΈ Important Limitations & Manual Work
Certain fields are not currently supported by the GoedGepickt API and must be managed directly in Optiply.
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Sync Status: Not synchronised.
Solution: You must track MOQs within Optiply. You can update these in bulk using the Supplier product data import file.
2. Composed Products (Bundles)
Sync Status: Not synchronised.
Solution: Composite product structures are not forwarded from GoedGepickt. You must define these relationships in Optiply using the Import Product Compositions tool.

By default, Optiply writes (exports) placed purchase orders to GoedGepickt every 30 minutes.
β Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why isn't my new product showing up yet?
New products are only synced overnight. If you add a product to GoedGepickt in the morning, it will appear in Optiply the following day.
My supplier is missing in Optiply. Why?
Check if the supplier has an email address filled in within GoedGepickt. Optiply requires an email address to successfully import the supplier entity.
If I change a price in GoedGepickt, how long does it take to update?
Purchase price adjustments are processed in real-time, meaning the change should reflect in Optiply almost immediately.
