Products

All new products are synchronized every night and included in Optiply. If a product should not be included in Optiply, it can be set to the status "external" in GoedGepickt or ignored in Optiply. If a product is ignored, it will no longer be taken into account in the forecasts and pricing. If a product is removed from GoedGepickt, it will also be removed from Optiply. Purchase prices are adjusted in real time, as are stocks and sales.

Phase out

Temporarily not wanting or being able to purchase a product is possible within Optiply, this status is called phasing out. It is also possible to have this synchronized with GoedGepickt via the "purchasable" field. In addition, it is also possible to keep track of it only in Optiply, which also offers other advantages such as phasing out until a certain date.

Lots size

The lotsize is synchronized between Optiply and Goedgepickt, in GoedGepickt this field is called "buying in multiples of".

MOQ

The minimum purchase quantity can currently only be tracked in Optiply, read in our article Supplier product data how this can be delivered in bulk.

Composed products

Composite products are currently not forwarded yet, but this can be passed on in Optiply via an import. Read on our page: "Import Product Compositions" how this works.

Suppliers

We synchronize all suppliers of GoedGepickt with our system, if the email is entered. When suppliers are changed, this is also taken over by Optiply.

Overwrite purchase orders

By default, we write the placed purchase orders every half hour from Optiply to GoedGepickt.
