The integration between ProductFlow and Optiply is a third-party connection built and maintained entirely by the ProductFlow team.

This means that the data synchronisation logic, setup process, and ongoing maintenance are managed within the ProductFlow platform ecosystem.

Since this integration is managed externally, all technical inquiries, setup requests, and troubleshooting should be directed to ProductFlow.

Is this a native Optiply integration?

No. It is a partner-built integration. This means ProductFlow developed the "bridge" to send data to Optiply's API.

Who do I contact if my stock isn't updating?

Please contact ProductFlow support (info@productflow.com). Since they control the push of data to Optiply, they are the only ones who can investigate why the data might be stuck or incorrect before it reaches us.

Can Optiply support change the mapping settings?

No. We cannot see or alter the settings inside your ProductFlow account. All mapping and configuration changes must be handled through ProductFlow's support or interface.
