You can also register the purchase orders placed in Optiply, in the correct language.
In this article, you can read how that works.

1. Add languages

The first step to take is to add the languages you want to use in the translations.

In Exact Online, go to 'Company name' → 'Settings' → 'Language'

Add the languages you want to use in your environment here.

2. Set the supplier language

The second step you need to take is to set the supplier language that you want to use for the supplier. The new purchase orders will soon be displayed in this language.

In Exact Online, go to 'Accounts' → 'Vendors' → 'Overview' → 'Vendor' → 'Edit'.

Under the General heading, select the Language you want to use for this supplier.

3. Translate product description

Finally, you must set a translation per product.

In Exact Online, go to 'Inventory' → 'Articles' → 'Overview' → 'Product' → 'Edit'

Under the 'General' heading, go to the 'Description' and enter the descriptions you want to use.

Productomschrijving vertalen

In the purchase orders that you now create (from Optiply) the product description of the chosen language will be shown. If you also adjust the Item code supplier in Exact per Suppliers / Item, it will be shown correctly on the purchase order.
