For creating a connection between the shop and Optiply, you will need to install our app on your Brightpearl backoffice. To do this, we will need to know what the Account Id from your shop is.
If we have this info, we can give you access through our private app.
When this is done, we will ask you to install the app, which is only visible to you. When the app is installed in your backoffice, we will send you an e-mail with a link.
This will trigger a Brightpearl page asking for you to approve our app.
And that's it!
With this, the connection between your shop and Optiply is complete!
