The integration between Exact Globe and Optiply is facilitated by certified Exact partners.
Because Exact Globe is often a locally hosted or complex ERP environment, the connection is not a "one-click" setup. It is built by your existing Exact implementation partner using the Optiply API.
Setup Process
Setting up this integration is a two-step process involving both Optiply and your external partner.
Step 1: Get API Credentials from Optiply
Before your partner can build the connection, they need access to your Optiply account via the API.
Action: Please contact Optiply Support at
support@optiply.nlor via chat.Request: Ask for your API Credentials (API Key and Client ID) to share with your Exact partner.
Step 2: Contact Your Exact Partner
Once you have the credentials, the actual configuration and data mapping are handled by the partner who manages your Exact Globe software.
Action: Reach out to your Exact partner (the agency or IT company that maintains your ERP).
Task: Provide them with the API credentials and request them to set up the synchronisation with Optiply.

Who is my "Exact Partner"?
This is typically the external IT consultancy or software agency that installed Exact Globe for you and handles your updates or technical support. Optiply does not know who your specific partner is.
Is this the same as Exact Online?
No. Exact Globe and Exact Online are different systems. Exact Online typically has a direct app store connection, whereas Exact Globe usually requires the partner-led setup described above. Please ensure you are looking at the instructions for the correct software version.
Who do I contact for support?
For Connection Errors: Contact your Exact Partner. They built the bridge, so they can see why data might be failing to send.
