🔗 Connecting Exact Online (Trade) to Optiply
Setting up the link between Exact Online (Trade) and Optiply is a quick process that enables you to synchronize your inventory and purchase orders automatically.
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
1. Add Exact as a Source
Log in to Optiply.
Navigate to the Settings page and select Integrations on the left-hand side.
Click the Add a Source button.
Search for or select Exact from the list of available integrations.
Click Next.
2. Authenticate Your Account
Click the Connect button.
Pop-up Login: A browser pop-up window will appear, directing you to the Exact Online login page.
Enter Credentials: Enter your Exact Online username and password to authorise the connection.
Once authorised, the window will close, and Optiply will confirm the connection.
What Happens Next?
The link is now established!
Data Sync: Optiply will begin importing your product and supplier data.
Supplier Data: Once your supplier data is populated in the dashboard, you can immediately start using Optiply to generate purchase advice and place orders.

Can I connect multiple Exact administrations?
Yes. If you have multiple companies (administrations) under one Exact login, you may be prompted to select which administration you wish to link, or you can add a new source in Optiply for each administration.
My pop-up didn't appear. What should I do?
