π Zoho Inventory: Setup & Connection Guide
Welcome to the integration guide for connecting Optiply with Zoho Inventory! By establishing this link, you can seamlessly streamline your inventory management, ensure accurate demand forecasting, and fully automate your e-commerce purchasing processes.
Follow the steps below to set up the integration, configure your data filters, and start synchronising your data.
π οΈ Phase 1: Connect & Configure
Step 1: Access Settings Log in to your Optiply account. Click on Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Data management and Integrations.
Step 3: Add a Source. Click the + Add a source button. Select Zoho Inventory from the list of available integrations, then click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Configure Connection & Filtering Options. On this screen, you will need to provide your details and choose how Optiply handles your data:
Organisation ID: Enter your Zoho Organisation ID to ensure data is pulled from the correct account.
Pull all sales orders: By default, Optiply only pulls completed and closed orders. If you toggle this option on, Optiply will also include draft and open orders.
Filter by Warehouse ID: If you only want to pull data from specific warehouses, input the Warehouse ID(s) here. (Note: Separate multiple IDs with commas and no spaces).
Step 5: Authorise Optiply. Once your filters are set, click Connect to initiate the authorisation process. A Zoho pop-up window will appear requesting permission for Optiply to access your data. Click Accept to authorise and establish the connection.
Step 6: Finalise the Connection. Once the connection is successful, all pop-ups will automatically close. A synchronisation job will immediately trigger in the background, indicating that your connection is active and your data is importing!
π Phase 2: Disconnecting Zoho Inventory from Optiply
If you ever need to disconnect your Zoho Inventory account from Optiply, follow the steps below. Note: This action will immediately cease all data synchronisation activities between the two systems, and Optiply will no longer have access to your Zoho Inventory data.
