Connecting Tilroy to Optiply is a straightforward process done directly within the Optiply dashboard. You will need your Tilroy API credentials and a few configuration preferences ready.
Step 1: Access the Integration Menu
Log in to your Optiply Account.
Navigate to Settings β Integrations in the left-hand menu.
Click the Add New Integration button.

Select Tilroy from the list of available platforms.
Step 2: Enter API Credentials
You will be prompted to enter the credentials for your Tilroy environment. Ensure you have these ready from your Tilroy administrator.
API Key: Enter the username provided by Tilroy.
API Secret: Enter the corresponding password or API key.
API URL: Enter the base URL for your Tilroy API (e.g.,
https://api.tilroy.com).
Step 3: Finalise Connection
Review your credentials to ensure they are correct.
Click Connect.
Optiply will begin the initial synchronisation. This process may take some time, depending on the amount of data in your account.

What happens if I leave the Shop IDs field empty?
If left empty, Optiply will aggregate stock and sales data from every shop and warehouse connected to your Tilroy account.
