Users
The first option you see is Support email. This address is used for addressing technical issues, sending newsletters, updates and introducing new features.
Make sure this information is up to date so you don't miss any important communications and updates.
On this page, you'll be able to invite users to the shop and add the permissions that will allow the users access to all or just some areas of Optiply.
You be able to do this if you are the Shop Owner or Shop Administrator.
Here you can see the users that have access to the account and add users as well by clicking on Invite Users.
If you click on the options next to an email address/ user, you'll see a popup that will show you the permissions that the user has.
If you are the shop administrator or owner you'll be able to change these permissions by selecting on or off the different options.
