There are many filters you can apply both to products and suppliers. You can also combine those with the visible columns per page to, for example, make a specific export.

Here is how they work:
Click on Filters and Add Filter then select one column. Each one has different search parameters that you can select.

This will allow you to create unique tables that you can export at your convenience.
