The Purchase Page is your primary daily dashboard. It is where Optiply presents all of its calculated purchasing advice. This is your workspace to review, edit, and approve the suggested quantities before they are converted into official purchase orders.

Yes! If you accidentally approve a line on the Purchase Page, it moves to the "Proposed Orders" or "Drafts" stage (depending on your workflow). You can easily open the draft order and adjust or remove the item before it is actually sent to your supplier.

While newer users often feel the need to check every single line, the ultimate goal of a Power User is to trust the system. By ensuring your backend settings are correct (like your lead times and service levels), you can confidently use bulk approvals and reduce your daily purchasing time to just a few minutes!
