In the live editor, updates to your products and their purchased advice are automatically incorporated while you are editing the advice. Lines that you have updated manually, will not be overwritten. This way your order will always stay up to date with the latest changes to stock, forecast or any other product data.
How are updates applied?
Te editor checks for updates to all products on each change you make to the order and does periodic extra checks.
When the updates are turned on, Auto-updates: On lights up green and updates will be applied.
How to check an order?
We still advise you to check the order by looking at the reliabilities of the bigger order lines and check these quantities. If you would like to know which lines are updated last, sort by:
Sort your current order by Advice updated (ascending) to see which lines were updated last.
How to turn off the auto-updates?
If you don't want us to update the order lines while editing the order, go into the checkout phase by selecting "Checkout". Here you can still edit the order to your liking but changes to stock or forecast data will not be incorporated automatically.
Checkout to check the final order, input your last changes and place the order.
