In the live editor, updates to your products and their purchased advice are automatically incorporated while you are editing the advice. Lines that you have updated manually, will not be overwritten. This way your order will always stay up to date with the latest changes to stock, forecast or any other product data.

How are updates applied?

  • Automatic Updates: Every change you make in the order triggers the editor to check for updates across all products. Additionally, periodic checks are conducted to ensure all data remains current.

  • Indicator: When auto-updates are enabled, the indicator "Auto-updates: On" will light up in green, signalling that updates are being applied in real time.

When the updates are turned on, Auto-updates: On lights up green and updates will be applied.

Verifying Your Order:

  • It's advisable to verify large order lines by reviewing their reliability and quantities.

  • To see which lines were updated most recently, sort by "Advice updated (ascending)."

Sort your current order by Advice updated (ascending) to see which lines were updated last.

Managing Auto-Updates:

  • Turning Off Auto-Updates: If you prefer not to have your order lines updated while you edit, navigate to "Save Order." This will create a draft order. In this phase, you can make edits without auto-updates affecting your changes.

  • Final Review and Placement: Use the draft phase to make your final adjustments and confirm the order details before placing the order.

Save the order to check the final order, input your last changes and place the order.
