Automatic logouts usually happen when the system detects the same login credentials being used in multiple places at once. This occurs under three main scenarios:
Shared Accounts: The exact same Optiply account is being used by more than one person at the same time.
Multiple Devices: You are personally logged in on multiple devices at the same time (e.g., your desktop computer and your laptop).
Multiple Browsers: You are using Optiply in different browsers (like Chrome and Safari) or across entirely different browser profiles with the same account.
The Golden Rule: To prevent session conflicts, each user should have their own individual Optiply account.

If multiple people on your team need access to Optiply, sharing a single login will constantly interrupt everyone's workflow.
You can easily resolve this by requesting an extra user account from our support team! Once each person logs in with their own unique email and password, you will no longer be logged out because someone else is using the system.
