Including adjusting service levels or adjusting the order period.

Order advise that is too large can be distinguished into two different types. These two types are:

Quantities too large to order

When the size of the order advice is not good as advice, the service levels can be adjusted in order to lower the order advice. In that case, the service levels would have to be adjusted downwards to ensure that the order recommendations become smaller.

The quantities are too expensive to order

If an order advice is too large and therefore too expensive, we recommend that you adjust the order period so that orders can be made more often in small quantities. However, it is important that the completed order periods are filled in truthfully, so when an order period is shortened, it must be possible to receive delivery during this period.
