Failed Buy Order to Piqcer

Occasionally, a buy order is not sent to your source system. When this happens, you'll receive an email communicating this.

You can set the contact email in your settings page, inside the users folder.

This way, you can make sure the email is sent directly to the best contact to communicate any support issues that might arise.



We monitor the integration in Picqer and receive a communication when an order has failed to be sent to Picqer.

Most errors when sending buy orders to the Picqer system occur when the customer has multiple suppliers in Optiply.
This usually happens when the customer has changed a supplier or a supplier product in Picqer but not in Optiply (since some of the sync jobs that update suppliers run once a day).

There is no need for the customer to do anything about this since we will check for any errors and will resend that order.
When necessary, we will contact the customer for further assistance or troubleshooting.
