Imports
On this page, not only can you track your import, but you can also check for errors.
When it is finished, you can see it marked as Completed.
These 3 columns detail the lines in your file:
Total records - Number of lines in the file
Succeeded - Number of lines updated
Failed - Number of lines with errors and not updated
The most common reasons for a file to fail are:
There is an error in the data, or the product does not exist in Optiply.

When a file is ready, you can download it more than once, and you can also rename it by clicking on the options
