Understanding Workflows in Optiply
What are Workflows?
Workflows in Optiply are customizable automations designed to make your life easier. They allow you to automate tasks, schedule actions, and receive tailored information based on your needs. Whether you want automated reports sent to your email or specific tasks to run regularly, workflows have you covered.
How to Access Workflows:
To set up a workflow, simply go to the Settings menu in Optiply, then navigate to Data Management. There, you’ll find the Workflows section, where you can choose from preset workflows or request a custom one.
Preset Workflows:
Automated Order Placement: This workflow places purchase orders with suppliers automatically based on certain criteria, such as the order's total value.
Phase Out Products: This workflow helps manage inventory by identifying products that should be phased out based on stock levels, demand forecasts, and other factors.
Custom Workflows:
If you need something unique, you can request a custom workflow. Just reach out to our support team through the app, and we’ll help set it up for you.
